Number Day is tomorrow! Calverton Primary School will be taking part in activities, games and Dress up for Digits while raising money to support our services such as Speak out, Stay Safe and Childline. We're asking all pupils and staff to wear an item of clothing with a number on it and make a donation. Dress up for Digits: This can be a favourite sports top or cap, or even a onesie with a number! Or why not get more creative and design a unique t-shirt, hat or even become a human-sized calculator or dice!

Dear parents, Next Friday (17th November), we will be raising funds for Children in Need by holding a non-uniform day. Children are invited to come into school in either spotty or yellow clothing for the day - with a donation of £1 for Children in Need. Children in Need fund thousands of charities and projects in every corner of the UK, that support children and young people to feel and be safer, have improved mental health and wellbeing, form better, more positive relationships and be given more equal opportunities to flourish. Good evening parents,. Next week is Anti-Bullying Week, where schools and organisations across the country discuss issues related to bullying. The children will participate in PSHE lessons, as well as assemblies around this theme throughout the week. The theme for this year's event is 'Make a Noise about Bullying'. We want to spread a positive message that if we all come together, celebrate our difference, and stick up for each other, we can bring an end to bullying! That’s why we need your help to make a noise and spread that message this Odd Socks Day. On Monday 13th November, we encourage all pupils and staff to wear odd socks to school. Odd Socks Day is such a simple awareness raiser, and we really hope your school will get on board and join in the fun. Good afternoon parents, We will be selling school jumpers and PE coloured t shirts in the main school hall from 3:00 - 3:30pm from Wednesday - Friday this week. We have a small selection of each size and colour but can order more if required.
